Arriving and leaving
We may not always be able to offer early check-in because of cleaning schedules. Arriving early? You’re welcome to drop off your luggage and explore until the apartment is ready.
This gives our cleaners time to prepare for the next guests. If you’d like a later check-out, ask us in advance and we’ll do our best, depending on bookings.

How things work
TV
The Samsung Frame TV doubles as a piece of art on the wall. Use the white Samsung remote.
Heating and cooling
There are three split systems: in the living area and both bedrooms. Adjust them to suit you.
Laundry
The washer-dryer is in the kitchen, with washing liquid under the kitchen sink. A clothes airer is under the stairs.
Instruction manuals
Appliance manuals are in the bottom kitchen drawer.
House rules
We’re in a quiet apartment block with close neighbours, so we ask every guest to help keep it that way.
No smoking inside
If you smoke, please do it outside and dispose of butts responsibly.
No parties or events
We are in a quiet apartment block with close neighbours, so parties of any kind aren’t allowed.
Quiet hours
Please keep noise down between 11pm and 7am.
No pets
Unless arranged with us before you book.
Security
Please lock all doors and windows when you leave the apartment.
Parking
Please park in your designated numbered bay in front of the garage. Your bay number is in your check-in message.
Before you go
- Put rubbish in the bins on the eastern front side of the property.
- Check drawers and cupboards for your belongings.
- Load the dishwasher and turn it on.
- Turn off lights, TVs, lamps and the air conditioning.
- Close and lock all windows and doors.
- Return the keys to the lockbox.
